This is your opportunity to go Great Lakes charter fishing on the worlds largest freshwater lake the mighty Gitchi Gummi. A scenic sport fishing adventure along the rugged north shore of Lake Superior that will capture your heart forever.

Captain Adam Bohlmann will take you through the Duluth MN or Superior WI Shipping Canal,  where you will see huge foreign and domestic ships pass through the Aerial Lift Bridge, all while fishing for Lake Trout,  Chinook & Coho Salmon and Walleye from Lake Superior's cold, crystal clear water. Upon our return to the harbor, Duluth's world famous Aerial Lift Bridge will lift for us to allow passage.

Lake Superior fishing charters can be enjoyed by people of all ages and levels of experience. A charter is a great father's day or birthday gift, and is also an excellent way to show employees or business clients they are important to you.

You are encouraged to participate as much as you like. There are no secrets here, your Captain is happy to teach you the tricks of successful charter fishing guides. Before the day is done you will have a basic understanding of the techniques used by the pro's.

All bait, block ice, fuel, and tackle are included. Bring your lunch, beverages, and MN fishing license with trout stamp and come aboard. 24 hour licenses do not require a trout stamp and are available for purchase at the dock.

At 32 1/2  feet the "ADVANTAGE" is one of the larger charter boats in the area. An all aluminum cruiser, she is faster, lighter and stronger than the other Lake Superior charter boats. If necessary for your safety she can get off the big lake fast.

On board you will find a large four person flying bridge,  dinette that seats four,  large stand up private restroom and sink,  spacious galley with lots of countertop space, refrigerator and microwave,  a roomy salon with comfortable seating, CD stereo, and a large rear fishing deck heavily armed for Great Lakes sport fishing.

Hello, I am Capt Adam Bohlmann a Minnesota native and 2nd generation Lake Superior fishing guide. Raised on the waters of Lake superior, I grew up in the 1970's fishing off park point in small boats. In the 1980's I served as first mate for my father, Captain Dick Bohlmann Minnesota's first licensed lake superior guide. I have over 30 Years of Lake Superior trolling experience, you can rest assured  your charter fishing trip will be successful.

Lake Trout are the number one target, big Lake Trout like this are not uncommon.

A drastic increase in Lake Superior's walleye fishery in recent years has made it a serious contender with Lake Erie for the walleye capital of the great lakes.

                Rates for 2007              A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits will be refunded if your charter is cancelled by the captain due to high seas or with 10 days notice from you.  Last minute charters may be available, but don't be disappointed.
